NUGELP (Nagoya University Global Environmental Leaders Program) launched as its complementary Master Course Program in 2008. Nowadays both programs provide Master and PhD programs for developing international civil engineers and environmental experts, with invaluable supports from MEXT (Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology) and JICA (Japan International Cooperation Agency).
